We are actively bringing AI tools and workflow automation into our daily operations to improve efficiency, reduce manual work and build a more scalable people function.

We are looking for a hands-on and forward-thinking People Operations professional who will take ownership of our HR operations and help us evolve them. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning the full people operations function, works well in a fast-moving environment, and is genuinely excited about using AI and modern tools to make HR work better.

What you’ll do

1. 01Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and candidate experience.
2. 02Own and improve administrative operations covering employee records, payroll coordination, documentation and internal processes.
3. 03Drive improvements to HR policies, workflows, tools and internal processes.
4. 04Oversee core people operations including payroll, compensation and benefits, employee records and compliance documentation.
5. 05Support performance and people experience initiatives that encourage engagement, accountability and a positive workplace.
6. 06Use HR data and operational insights to spot areas for improvement and support better decisions.
7. 07Find opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using AI and process improvement tools.

What you’ll bring

• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR, administrative operations or people operations.
• A proactive and curious mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems end-to-end.
• Comfortable with technology and genuinely interested in learning new tools and AI integrations.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
• Fluent in both Thai and English.
