We are looking for a GenAI Consultant to join our team and work directly with clients across industries, helping them navigate their AI transformation journey.

In this role, you will be embedded with client teams to understand their business challenges, advise on where AI can create real value, and support the adoption of agentic and GenAI solutions. You will be the trusted face of Sedona on the ground, bringing together strategic thinking, solid AI knowledge and strong communication skills to guide both business and technology stakeholders through meaningful change.

What you’ll do

  1. 01Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their operations and identify where AI and agentic solutions can drive the most impact.
  2. 02Advise clients on AI transformation strategy, use case prioritisation and adoption roadmaps.
  3. 03Translate client requirements into actionable specifications and collaborate with Sedona's engineering teams to deliver them.
  4. 04Support the deployment and adoption of GenAI solutions within client environments, including training and change management.
  5. 05Run workshops, demonstrations and working sessions with client teams at all levels.
  6. 06Act as the primary point of contact on-site, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring smooth project delivery.
  7. 07Stay current with the latest developments in GenAI and bring relevant ideas and use cases to your clients.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in a consulting, implementation or client-facing role involving technology or AI.
  • Good understanding of GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, agents and agentic frameworks.
  • Ability to advise on AI transformation at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across different industries and business functions.
  • Able to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
  • Fluent in English. Additional Asian or European languages are a plus.
Nice to have
  • Experience in financial services, asset management or luxury retail environments.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or other agentic frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience working on-site at large organisations in Asia.
